Dannie-Lu Carr - Founder and CEO of Flaming Leadership

A senior training consultant and executive coach specialising in Communication, Personal Impact, Creativity,  Strategy (ILM L7) and Leadership, Dannie-Lu has been designing, developing and delivering honest, empathic and challenging training for over 20 years across a wide range of business, educational and charity sectors. A singer-songwriter, actor, writer, & award-winning theatre director, Dannie-Lu also works in the creative and performance worlds and brings this experience into her training and coaching work. Known for  creating honest, empathic and challenging coaching conversations, she galvanises positive transformation for individuals and organisations, helping create mindset changes that allow people to seriously step up.

With 25 years of award-winning global coaching and leadership experience across private and public sectors – and an extensive background working in tech and consultancy – Indra helps organisations shift their focus from process to people to create working environments of higher retention, engagement, and performance. Having grown up in the States, Indra is now based just outside Barcelona, and works very closely with Dannie-Lu in delivering our European offsite programmes.
