A few spots left for experienced women leaders to join us in Scotland in August

Leadership Jam Session

Leadership Jam Session

Join us for this 2-day Leadership Jam Session if you want to:

  • Cut through the noise
  • Ignite real talk
  • Drill down to action

So we can really make sh*t happen and not just talk about it!

Who should attend and why?

Women and men who are tired of attending boring seminars and workshops that don't create the buzz needed to make real culture change within an organization. How many times have we attended a talk, found it informative but not actionable, and walked back to the day job with no change whatsoever for the time spent together?

We want to bring everyone together who wants to start talking in a different way and really dig into to...

  • Articulate the real life challenges of leadership
  • Generate potential solutions
  • Give everyone a voice to be heard
  • Create accountability
  • Define the pathways to change
