What Are People Saying?

I found the entire experience uplifting, energising, inspiring and insightful. Dannie is a down to earth teacher with an obvious passion for people...Having completed Dannie's course I feel far more equip to handle challenging scenarios, as well as feeling more confident in my own decision making and mapping my own path.
C. Richardson-Critcher, Business Development Director

Dannie-Lu Carr’s informative and inspiring Women in Leadership programme allowed me to identify and pinpoint certain areas that I needed to overcome to be a leader. It also enabled me to look at areas which I thrived in and review how I could harness these elements further...As a result, I feel far better equipped to now put these skills into place for 2022.
S. Pender, Senior Account Director

Indra is wonderful to work with, and has exceptional expertise in mentoring, coaching, and leading. She is consistently motivated to transform workplace culture...I was impressed by Indra's ability to coach even the most complicated teams, creating long-lasting team camaraderie and efficiencies...Indra is an asset through her natural ability to augment high-performing teams that yield in continued sustainability.
R Das, Proposal Manager

You empower people as well as teams to define for themselves what it means to be successful. You are 100% present in workshops and listen, really listen to what everyone is saying. I appreciate that you take the role of helping people to learn how to lead themselves instead of telling people what to do.
I Klotzko, Senior Programmer
